We traveled through Denmark today and managed to cover a good distance in Germany as well. It rained heavily on and off, and there were nasty gusts of wind on the highway. Despite this, we covered 768 kilometers.
As planned, we went to Lukas’ place in Werne to spend the night. Lukas’ neighbor Dirk was kind enough to let us watch football on his big screen. Lukas cooked delicious pasta for all of us, and later, we sat together comfortably on the terrace.
It was a lovely evening, and tomorrow we will embark on the final leg of our journey home.
