After about 200 km of driving, we started the climb to Preikestolen at 14:35. We parked, changed out of our motorcycle gear, and off we went. Since we already did a 14 km hike to Trolltunga yesterday, the nearly 4 km and 400 meters of elevation gain to Preikestolen seemed quite manageable. In just about an hour, we were at the top and before we had much time to think, we quickly took some pictures near the edge 🙂 Then we climbed a bit higher to see Preikestolen from above. It was a sensational view and we were lucky with the weather again. After descending, we continued south and took a cabin in Eigersund. Since helicopter tours are conducted at Preikestolen and drones are not allowed, we didn’t use ours. Tomorrow we will head to Kristiansand, where we will spend our last night in Norway.
